Vidi, including its software, design, and artwork, is the intellectual property of its creator and is protected by copyright and other laws.

The Vidi app and all of its contents — including source code, the user interface and design system, pixel art and illustrations (such as the Vidi mascot, card stamps, and Codex artwork), text, and other materials — are owned by Yang Lei or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

2. Trademarks

"Vidi", the Vidi logo, and the app's mascot are trademarks of Yang Lei. You may not use them without prior written permission, except to refer fairly to the app.

3. Your use of the app

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vidi for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not:

You keep ownership of the photos you take and the notes you write in Vidi. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you (including identifying your photos and showing your finds to groups you join). You are responsible for having the right to capture and upload the content you submit.

5. Third-party materials

Vidi uses third-party services and may include third-party software components, each owned by their respective holders and used under their own licenses. Their use does not transfer any of their rights to you.

If you believe content in Vidi infringes your copyright, or you would like to license Vidi's artwork, contact us and we will respond promptly.
